Have you ever wondered what all this mindfulness stuff is all about, but had no idea where to begin? Our Mindful Executive™ program is an opportunity to dip a toe in the mindfulness water and explore 6 different types of mindfulness. Each distance learning session is 60 minutes and offered via web platform with a live coach.
Each session includes:
- A short teaching component
- Two opportunities to practice mindfulness during the 60 minutes
- Journal time and small group discussion time in small web breakout groups
- A closing activity
- A one page colorful handout including a teach, an activity to try, guiding principles and additional resources
This is a great low risk way to see what mindfulness is all about. Set up a private session for your team or join one of our public sessions throughout the year.
