As a senior leadership consultant and executive coach, she works with leaders and their teams to identify their strengths and values and then helps them build from those to envision and create what’s possible. Cindy brings 25 years of corporate experience working with senior leaders and their teams in diverse industries including manufacturing, beauty, retail and training. Prior to joining the p.Link Coaching Center for Excellence, Cindy served as Vice President of Global Education for the Aveda Corporation, a member of the Estée Lauder family of companies. Cindy has earned several internationally recognized coaching designations and is a certified practitioner in the use of several assessment tools including The Leadership Circle Profile™, Gallup’s Strength Based Leadership assessment, and the VIA Pro: Character Strengths assessment and she is also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator. She is certified in the Leadership Circle Leadership System and teaches a number of communication and engagement programs.
Living and working in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, she has a solid understanding of different business cultures and the realities that executives and their teams face. The skills and experience to connect with all levels of a company, from workers on the manufacturing floor to those in the senior offices, and get to the heart of challenges quickly makes her a sought after facilitator, coach and speaker.
Cindy is an avid proponent of physical and mental fitness, and incorporates Pilates and meditation as regular parts of her life. She and her husband, David, make their home in Minneapolis and enjoy the company of their two dogs and cats.
